Our journey began in 2013 in Calicut, a beautiful and bustling coastal city in ‘God’s Own Country’ Kerala. We believe it was fate which prompted our Founder to give up a lucrative job in a multinational company to pursue her passion. Weddings and their allied events/ceremonies always fascinated her. They have been a traditional, intimate and colourful affair in India for centuries now. It is all hunky dory and laughter and dancing all the way on the outside but what we don't often see is how tedious the whole process is and what a hell-raiser it can be if you are not meticulous with your planning and arrangements. And that is where she found her calling. Her creative flair, crisis management, organisational acumen and a simple yet steadfast desire to make clients' lives easier was exactly what was needed and thus Wedcrafter was born!
What started as a pursuit of passion, Wedcrafter quickly established itself among the Top Wedding Planners in Kerala with each passing project. We are happy to admit that we were able to grow exponentially within a relatively short amount of time without any expensive & elaborate marketing campaigns. We relied on just our endless list of happy and satisfied customers advocating for us to their loved ones. We are proud to announce that we are currently active in SIX states (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Goa) and are based out of Calicut & Bengaluru.

Timeline Management: We create and manage a detailed timeline that outlines all the important events of the wedding day. This includes the ceremony, reception, and other key moments.
Guest Management: We manage the guest list, send out invitations, and help with any guest-related issues.
Crisis Management: We are constantly thinking on our feet and handle any unexpected issues that may arise on the wedding day. This could include anything from bad weather to a vendor not showing up.
Emotional Support: We provide emotional support to the couple throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. This includes being a sounding board for any concerns or worries they may have and helping them stay calm and relaxed.
Our primary sacred duty is to ensure that the couple's big day is everything they dreamed it would be, and that they have a stress-free and enjoyable experience. It can be incredibly satisfying to see all the planning and hard work pay off as the couple and their guests enjoy the wedding day.
