FAQ


We are based out of Bangalore, Karnataka and Calicut, Kerala. However, we take up events all over South India(Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)

We have been working in the industry for over 10 years now ever since we started in 2014. It would be fair to say that we have amassed a wealth of experience over this period as an Event Management company.

Clients tend to reach out to us anywhere between 18 months to 2 months prior to the event date. We would recommend clients contact us as early as possible as it would give us enough time to block the best available services, artists, venues and so on.

We are available throughout to our clients on phone calls, video calls, messages, personal meetings etc. We only request our clients to give us a heads-up so that we can schedule our communications to ensure we give enough and fair time to all our clients.

We are happy to accommodate changes in dates as long as we are available on the new dates chosen by the clients. Any cancellations from the client’s end would result in them forfeiting the 20% advance amount paid at the time of blocking our dates. This is done to compensate for our losses as we do not take multiple events at a time.

Time is a crucial factor in events, especially in traditional ones such as weddings and it is something that we at Wedcrafter devote a lot of importance to. Some of the measures we take would be handing over the venue to clients post-completion of décor well before the start of the event, making sure logistics for guests are on point, putting together a well-defined itinerary for guests to be aware of the event schedule, preparing and sharing detailed “Flow of Events” documents for all events among clients, artists and guests as well as us being present on site keeping a watchful eye on proceedings to ensure the events go on as per schedule. 

Wedcrafter is a passion project for us rather than a profession. We manage all aspects of planning ourselves as we do not believe in delegating our work to managers & executives. This helps us ensure quality and have more time to engage with clients to understand them and their requirements better to create an intensely personal experience.
